Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that all bookings are refundable if notice is given more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. However, you have the option to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the original session time. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fee being deducted from your booking. If you need to reschedule, please email our team at hillsandspillsSP@outlook.com.au. This policy is in place due to availability constraints. Please note that all our sessions are for individuals aged 16 and above, unless otherwise specified or prior consent has been granted.
